Luis “Luigi” Alvarez-Schacht
(Mark) is thrilled to make his debut with the
Miami Acting Company. He currently attends
Barbara Goleman Senior High where he is Vice
President of the 2007-2008 Drama Club. Most recent
credits include Run For Your Wife “Bobby”,
A Doll’s House “Krogstad” where he won the
All-Star Cast Award, and
Little Shop of Horrors with Main Street
Players. He would like to thank those that have
shaped his passion for theatre, specifically Tanisha
Cidel and Andy Quiroga. Above all, he would like to

NANCY ANDRADE
(Connie) is delighted to join
Miami Acting Company in
A Chorus Line.
She has previously starred in and choreographed

consistently received top honors at district and
state competitions throughout

. Nancy will be making her directorial debut this
fall when she will co-direct and choreograph
West Side Story. She has performed with the
Young Americans Musical Theater Troupe and in the
Super Bowl XXIX Halftime Show starring Patti Labelle
and Tony Bennett. She would like to dedicate her
performance to her beautiful children, Gabrielle and
Michael.

Silvia Brasil
(vicky)
was born in São Paulo, the
megalopolis city of Brazil. The American Indian
background explains her eccentric surname Brasil.
She started dancing and performing at an early age
of 9. Miss Brasil worked in London (‘98) before
moving to Australia in '99, Malaysia 2005 and Japan
2004. In 2005, after traveling to 14 countries in 8
years, she arrived in Miami Beach with many
projects, joining the different cultures: Bossa
Nova, Samba, Batucada with a South Beach twist. She
holds a degree in Social Communications, with
emphasis in Radio &TV Production (94-98- FAAP/SP),
with credentials for commercial announcing
(`95-SENAC/SP) and as a professional dancer, both in
Sao Paulo, Brazil. She was also featured in various
TV appearances around the world (UK, BR, AU, USA,JP)
and a few movies: Matrix, Son of the mask, Stealth
and Miami Vice. Training: Salsa dance, Belly dance,
flamenco, samba, tango, jazz, modern ballet,
gafieria, singing, acting, presenting ( Radio & TV).
Silvia is very happy for being part on her favorite
musical: A Chorus Line, a journey inside the

KEVIN COLEMAN JR. (Richie) is an engineering
student at Coral Reef Senior High. It's ironic how
he finds himself in more theatre shows than
engineering competitions. Kevin has performed in
various school productions including Young
Americans, The Red Carpet, The Annual
African American Show and most recently Hear
My Song. All of the performances required
singing, acting, and his first love dancing. As a
beginning artist, Kevin is thrilled to showcase his
talent in the Miami Acting Company production of
A Chorus Line. James Puig, Kevin's 10th
grade drama teacher, helped him realize that theatre
is more than a hobby, it's his passion and he gave
him the confidence to pursue his dream. "I get to
escape from the real world and transform into
fictitious characters who I will only meet on
stage." Kevin would like to dedicate this
performance to his mother, sisters and family who
support his efforts and of course his close friends,
Michael, Hannah, and Joey. Sean H. thank you for
helping me accomplish my goals. "There would be no
passion in this world if we never had to fight for
what we love..."

Georges
Delaire (Don), having graduated from the
University of Florida with a degree in Linguistics,
is now setting out on his goal to become an
actor/dancer/astronaut (as a fallback career, of
course). He has performed instrumentally (piano) for
years, but he is new to the world of dance, having
recently become proficient in Swing, Israeli,
Hip-Hop, and Bhangra, and is now testing his mettle
in jazz and musical theater. In the future, he
intends to continue on to a Master's degree in
Linguistics and pursue the dancing bug further.
Georges is very excited to be a part of this
production.

MARGIE EISENBERG (Laura, Zach's Assistant) is a
"retired" dancer turned actor. She has choreographed
numerous musicals for The JCC Players, and Miami
Stage Company. She has appeared in The Naked Stage's
production of Romeo & Juliet as "Lady
Capulet", Alliance Theatre Lab's production of
Down The Road as "Iris", Miami Stage Company's
CATS as "Rumpleteazer" among others. She also
has appeared in commercials, film and
television......most recently in "America's Most
Wanted--Dr. Mark Weinberger" and the upcoming Jim
Carrey film I Love You, Philip Morris. In
addition to acting, Margie is a SilverSneaker®
Instructor at The Dave and Mary Alper JCC. She lives
in Homestead with her husband Michael, her daughter
Rebecca, two dogs and two peacocks.... Holla!!

Victor Farinas
(Paul) is thrilled to be taking on the role of
Paul. This is actually his second time playing the
role and his second production with
Miami Acting Company after appearing
as Mr. Mistoffelees in CATS. He has been in
countless productions and has been singing, dancing
and acting his whole life and plans to continue into
the future. He also serves as the District 8
Thespian student representative. Love and thank s

Riq
Franceschi
(Bobby) is thrilled to be returning to ''the line"
after performing the role of “Paul” in (2003) for
Quantum Entertainment. Riq graduated from the
University of Miami with a dual degree in
Theater Arts and Motion Pictures. Performance
credits include:
Romeo and Juliet, The Scottish Play,
The Monsters are Due on Maple Street, Grease,
West Side Story, The
Rocky Horror Show and most recently MAC'S
production of Cats. Backstage, he has also
contributed to over a dozen productions throughout
South Florida including Mad Cat Theatre Group, The
Theatre Institute, GableStage and the Jerry Herman
Ring Theatre.

STEPHANIE LYNN FRITZ
(Vicki) is excited to be joining the
Miami Acting Company's production of
A Chorus Line. She has performed in
theatrical productions of
Little Shop of Horrors “Chiffon”,
The King and I “Royal Wife”,
Sweet Charity “Helene”, Gypsy
“Mazeppa” and Forty-Second Street “Dorothy
Brock”. She currently attends Florida International
University where she is working toward a degree in
Dance Education. Many thanks to her family and

course to her adoring boyfriend.

Olivia Gintel
(Judy) recently toured and performed with the
Connecticut Ballet for the 2007-2008 Season.
She also performed with Bernier Dance Company (2007)
and danced with The American Ballet Russe (2006). In
2005, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The
University of Miami in Theatre Arts. She also
danced professionally with Orlando Ballet in
2001-2002, and The Joffrey trainee company from
2000-2001. Other training was received at The
Houston Ballet Academy and Miami City Ballet. Other
credits include Grease “Sandra
Dee,”
A Chorus Line “Judy Turner,” Hair
“Tiger Lilly,” The Mouth of The River,

AHRID HANNALEY (Cut dancer /Ensemble) was born
in Mexico City. She is part of one of the most
prestigious television companies in Mexico,
TELEVISA. She is a graduate from "C.E.A."
(Professional Acting School). Recent credits include
A Mid Summer's Night Dream, Loves Labors Lost,
and Annie, as well as numerous television
productions including telenovelas and the foreign
film "Tenias que ser tú."
She also released a pop album with
Universal Music. Ahrid is proud to be a part
of Miami Acting Company's production of A Chorus
Line.

DEBORAH JARAMILLO
(Ensemble), at 14 years old, is a
Miami Native. Deborah has danced since the
age of 3, participating in numerous performances and
recitals over the years for school and studios. She
is also an avid tennis player, playing competitively
for her school teams and in local USTA Tournaments.
She will attend Coral Reef Senior High School Fine
Arts Program in the Fall as a Freshman. Deborah is
new to acting as this is her se cond production with
Miami Acting Company. She danced in CATS,
playing the role of “Carbuckety” and danced the
White Cat Solo.

Erika Diane Johnson (Cassie) is a Miami
native who has appeared in numerous ballets, dramas,
operas, musicals, oktoberfests, revues and circus
shows across the globe. After a semi-successful
career in competitive USAG gymnastics, she turned
her attention to dance, specifically ballet,
training at such institutions as the School of
American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, and The
Juilliard School in New York City. She holds a BFA
in Acting and a BA in English from Southern
Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and attended New
World School of the Arts (for Musical Theater) here
in Miami. She has been seen onstage with The Royal
Ballet, The Miami Ballet, as Janey Junkfood in the
national tour of Foodplay!, on cirque stages
in Brazil and Japan, kicking her legs in the Can-Can
at 'Mansion' on Miami's South Beach, making magic
with Kevin and Caruso, and most recently flipping on
the children's stage at Actor's Playhouse in
Paint! She is very excited to be joining this
wonderful cast of A Chorus Line and would
like to thank her beautiful parents for all their
unbeatable support through the years.

ANDRES OTERO
(Al) This Colombian performer can’t remember a time
when he was not on a stage. From "Tony," the tragic
hero of
West Side Story,
to " Seymour ” in
Little Shop of Horrors,
th is actor has inhabited diverse characters. He has
participated in over 14 musicals and 5 straight
plays including the lead in
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,
"Lamar" in Godspell, and "Bobby Strong" in
Urinetown. This is Andres’ second time working
with the
Miami Acting Company. During the time the
singer spent at Florida International University
obtaining his degree in Business Administration, he
remained in the spotlight by joining choirs and rock
bands.

FRANCES PABÓN (Tricia / Understudy) can be
defined by the things that inspire her and has been
referred to as a "love junkie" (thanks D). Born into
a Puerto Rican family, the performing arts are in
her blood. Frances is currently a working Graphic
Designer and is thrilled to be a part of Miami
Acting Company's production of A Chorus Line.

SAMANTHA PAZOS
(Diana) a native of
Miami, Florida, is currently pursuing a
Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre arts and a minor
in dance, at the
University of Miami.
Her past credits include Fool's Paradise
(Ensemble, u/s Angela, Stage Manager) written by
local singer/songwriter Jim Camacho, The World
Goes Round (Woman 2), Nunsense (Sister
Mary Leo), Into the Woods (the Baker's Wife),
and Dido and Aeneas (First Witch) at Miami
Dade College, Wolfson Campus. She is also a ballet
dancer since the age of four, studying at Ballet
Concerto and Patricia Peenori Dance Center . Some
of her dancing credits include attendance at the
Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre summer intensive
program, performances with the Ballet Concerto
Company in La Casa de Bernarda Alba and
Les Sylphides and The
Nutcracker
with the Charleston Ballet Theatre. Thanks Mama and
Papa for putting up with everything and for always
supporting me. I love you!

COLLEEN PRIOR
(Maggie) is thrilled to be a part of MAC's
production of
A Chorus Line.
She is a graduate of the
University of Miami
with a degree in Motion Pictures/Religion. Outside
of school, however, she has been performing
professionally since the age of 8. Favorite roles
include "Sheila" in Hair, "Amy" in Company,
"Gilmer" in Godspell, "Demeter" in CATS,
as well as numerous roles in
A Chorus Line;
in the past, she has played Judy, Maggie, Cassie
u/s, and served as the Judy/Maggie/Tricia swing in
an equity production of the show in
Washington, D.C. She has had extensive
training in dance, and has studied at such studios
as
Alvin Ailey and Dance Space Center in
New York, and has workshopped with
Donna McKechnie and
Tovah Feldshuh.
Behind the scenes, she has choreographed productions
of
West Side Story, Cats,
The Wild Party,
and Company, and has directed and produced
You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown as well as a
variety of charity benefit productions. In the past,
she has performed at the White House, Disney World,
the Kennedy Center, the Warner Theater in D.C., and
was for a time a regular anthem singer and halftime
performer for the
Washington Wizards. She currently works as a
cantorial soloist for the Sunshine Cathedral in Ft.
Lauderdale, and after the closing of this show will
be going into "retirement" to move to the U.K. to
attend the
University College London for a Master's
degree in Medieval Religion. Thank you so much to

Serena Salva
(Sheila) is ecstatic to be a part of
Miami Acting Company's
A Chorus Line. She currently attends
Florida International University where she is
studying Education while pursuing her acting career.
This is Serena's first show since high school at
Archbishop Carroll where she had and continues to
have the pleasure of playing several roles on and
off stage including “Mrs. Anna Leonowens” in
The King and I, directing their 2008
Spring Musical Forty-Second St reet and
assisting their Troupe with District and State
Competitions. She would like to extend her many
thanks to the phenomenal cast and crew of
A Chorus Line for all of their hard work
and dedication. She also extends tremendous amounts
of gratitude and love to her family and friends for
showing so much support.

Melanie Sterner
(Bebe) has always been dazzled by musical theater.
Ever since she was very young, she had a passion for
singing and dancing. She was born and raised in
Miami , Fl. and graduated last year from FIU
with a Bachelors degree in Special Education.
Melanie has always been a true performer. She was a
spokesperson and cheerleader for The
Florida Marlins for 4 years. She traveled to
Hawaii to perfor m with Poet Productions
Dance Company and has had the opportunity to act in
several commercials for radio and television.
A Chorus Line will be her first musical
theater production. Melanie is most honored and
excited to be a part of the cast.

DENIS TAVITA
(Frank/Headband boy) is excited to be making his
community theater debut in
Miami Acting Company's performance of
A Chorus Line. One of his favorite past
roles was “Andy Lee” in Forty-Second Street.
He is grateful for this experience to be on stage
with so many wonderful and professional performers.

BRYAN TAYLOR
(Greg) Originally from
New York, where he has studied acting, dance
and voice for eight years, Bryan is excited to be
part of
Miami Acting Company’s
A Chorus Line.
Some of his credits include: “Riff” in Westside
Story, “Harry The Horse” in
Guys and Dolls,
“Danny Zuko” in Grease, “Patrick” in Mame,
“Guard” in
The Bacchae. Bryan is currently
teaching acting and choreography workshops
throughout high schools in Broward County. He would
like to thank the entire cast for all their support
and send a big th ank you to his family and friends
for all their love and encouragement.

MICHAEL VADNAL
(Zach), a native of
Cleveland, is excited to be a part of this
great musical. Michael’s debut performance in
Miami was at the Actors’ Playhouse in the
production of Return To The Forbidden Planet
as Ariel The Robot. Other theatre credits include
CATS (Munkustrap), Oleanna (John), and
Bat Boy (Dr. Parker). Film credits include
The Bahama Hustle (FBI
Agent) and the Italian blockbuster movie Natale A
Miami
(Serial Killer). Michael has had the honor of
studying extensively with Mr.
Burt Reynolds and, at Mr. Reynolds’ request,
was his stand-in during an
ESPN
commercial. Michael is also a drummer, pianist, and
songwriter, and has performed with such national
acts as
The Coasters,
The Ink Spots, and
The Tokens. He wrote the musical I Don’t
Car e which he looks forward to directing and
producing in the near future. Michael has been cast
in and is currently in the production phase of the
screenplay But He Wasn’t Wearing A Wedding Ring
When I First Met Him (Dan) written and being
directed by Emmy-Award winning filmmaker Frank
Eberling. In Michael’s “real life,” he is a
detective with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office
investigating animal abuse and child abuse crimes.

MONICA VALDES
(Kristine) is a Miami native whose most recent
theatre credits include: Bombalurina in Cats,
Mae in The Wild Party, Dena in Pitching to
the Star (Aphra Studio in Canterbury, UK), Fern
in Charlotte’s Web, and Ursula/Gloria in
Bye Bye Birdie. She has performed in various
children’s theatre shows at The Actor’s Playhouse,
including Anne of Green Gables, and has sung
professionally with the prestigious Miami Children’s
Chorus for over ten years. She has also been a
dancer since the age of three, practicing at the Joe
Michaels Dance Center with acclaimed dancers Mia and
Dana Michaels. She has modeled for The Green
Agency, World of Kids, and Ford Models, and has
appeared in various television commercials. She
recently graduated with honors from the University
of Miami with a B.S.C. in Motion Pictures and
Theatre Arts. She has directed and starred in a
number of short student films, including a few
projects for Quantum Entertainment—an on-campus film
and theatre organization—and she was recently
involved in a graduate film thesis which included
her portrayal of Hannah from the Pulitzer
Prize-winning play Angels in America. She is
thrilled to be taking part in another show with the
Miami Acting Company and is very excited to be
working with such a talented cast!

BRITNEY WALTON
(Val) was born and raised in
Miami, FL,
where she grew up always involved in the arts.
Dancing has always been a passion of hers, as well
as working with kids. After 8 years experience as a
hip hop dance instructor, teaching kids ages five to
eighteen, and previously a
Florida Marlins Cheerleader, this vibrant 24
year-old started her own dance company called
SimpCity, Inc. She is now living out her dream as a
Dance Instructor/Director. She is proud to join the
very talented cast of
A Chorus Line and hopes to show the
community what can come out of working together and
enjoying the simple things in life...good times and
laughter. Featured roles include "Helen" in
Bye Bye Birdie, "Villager" in
The Music Man, "Chava" in Fiddler On
The Roof and the leading role of "Sally" in
Me and My Girl. Britney wants to thank her
family for always supporting and believing in her
since she started as a young performer, as well as a
special thanks to her fiancée, Chris Simpson, who
has always given her great support in fulfilling her
passion as a performer.

DEBRA GINSBERG (Executive
Producing Artistic Director) Originally from New York,
Debra’s long acting career as a dedicated performer in numerous community and
professional theatrical productions combines with a career as a director and
producer. Recently she directed and co-produced the Miami Stage Company’s
production of Noises Off and critically acclaimed CATS, which was a national
first and triumphant Community Theater undertaking. Other directorial credits
include The Ocean Reef Yacht Club's version of American Idol and Sacha in
Concert (in which she also performed), The Odd Couple, An Evening To Remember
(The Wilton Theater, CT) and several Miami productions of Who Killed The
Director for which she received several awards. Her acting, singing, and dancing
talents have also won her awards as Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress for
her roles "Miss Hannigan" in Annie and "Widow Corney" in Oliver. She has
costarred in a Philip Michael Thomas and Sandi Morais production of Sacha
(Hollywood Playhouse) and stepped-in as “Harriet The Horrible Owl” and “The
Mother” in Sacha on Broadway (Riverside Theatre, New York City.) Her numerous
performing credits include the "Wicked Stepmother" in Cinderella (Actors
Playhouse) as well as many starring and featured roles including Hello Dolly,
Candide, Cabaret, Carousel, Lost in Yonkers, Blithe Spirit, CATS, Songs for a
New World, Godspell, Some Enchanting Evening, and The Seven Year Itch. Although
Debra has enjoyed a successful 28-year career on Wall Street she has never lost
her love for the theater.

BILL ALTFIELD (Director) is honored
to have been asked to direct the
Miami Acting Company’s production of
A Chorus Line. As a native Miamian, Bill has been very active
with Community Theater in Miami-Dade as an actor and director including
The Country Club of
Coral Gables, TZIC Players, Palmer Trinity School, the
Miami Civic Theater, the Dave and Mary Alper JCC Players, the
Miami Children's Theater, the
Miami Stage Company and currently as a Founding Board Member and
Business Manager of the
Miami Acting Company. He recently performed “Skimbleshanks” in
the
Miami Acting Company’s Production of CATS and also
previously performed the role of A lonzo. Last year he was
“Larry” in the MAC debut production of
Stephen Sondheim’s Company. He has also starred as "Felix
Ungar" in
The Odd Couple and he played the role of "Hysterium" in A
Funny Thing Happened on The Way to The Forum. He also directed the
JCC Player's last, yet most successful JCC production, of Rogers and
Hammerstein's
Oklahoma! where he also filled in as the understudy for "Will
Parker." Other featured roles include "Nicely Nicely Johnson" from
Guys and Dolls, "Commander Harbison" and the understudy for
"Emil Lebecq" in Rogers and Hammerstein's South Pacific.

COLLEEN
PRIOR (Choreographer) has
worked as a dance performer, choreographer, and teacher for over 10 years.
Trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, lyrical, ballroom, and Latin dancing, she
has studied at such prestigious studios as Alvin Ailey and Dance Space Center in
New York. She has had workshop training with Donna McKechnie, Robert Moses, and
Tovah Feldshuh, and has danced for the Washington Wizards as a halftime
performer, at the Kennedy Center, the White House, and Disney World. During
college, she served as the Director of Dance for Quantum Entertainment at the
University of Miami, with whom she choreographed productions of Charlie Brown,
West Side Story, and The Wild Party. She currently teaches dance
at Bijoux Dance Center in South Miami.

worked with Lee Musiker and Michael Phillip Thomas to name a few. A
sought-after pianist and musical director, he is very active with
numerous companies year-round, including high school, college and
professional choirs, and theater companies. AA and BM in piano
performance. Manny is thrilled to be working with such a talented cast
and directors!
